COST

Two options are available:

All included = 600 euros TTC 
This includes registration, all meals from Sunday evening until Thursday morning, hotel and transportation between Brest and Aber Wrac'h upon arrival on Sunday and departure on Thursday. Once you register and pay, you do not need to contact a hotel to organise accomodation as we will do it for you. 

Registration for local participants = 80 euros TTC
This includes registration fee and all lunches from Monday until Wednesday (3 days). It also includes the conference closure diner on Wednesday evening. Local participants who wish to join the conference through an "All included" registration are welcome to do so. 

GRANT FOR POST6DOC AND PhD STUDENTS

Grants for post-doc and PhD students are closed. 
A limited number of grants will be available for students and post-docs who present posters. These grants will cover the "All included" registration and some travel costs.

Travel cost to and from Brest is the responsibility of participants (except for speakers and PhD / post-docs who have been awarded a travel grant).
