 The EMSAC project (European Marine Science Applications Consortium) is a first example of joint project in this framework. Based on the cooperation of 4 European regions (South East England, South West Sweden, Brittany, and South of France-PACA), it aims at developping a joint action plan focused on water resources management for R&D projects.
