Long term monitoring of seafloor electric and magnetic fields - application to crust and mantle investigation
The objective of the project is to monitor continuously the natural fluctuations of the geomagnetic and geoelectric field on the sea floor in active geodynamic environments (ridge, hot spots). The conception and design of new geophysical equipements for this objective is presented. Current and potentiel uses of the system are presented
